On the 12th September Power Retail, a well known news and information resource for the online retail industry released an article about ‘Add All to Cart’, a book authored by Balance Internet’s Director, James Horne and work associate, Kylie Lewis.
Add All to Cart was written and prepared for clients as a workbook. The book is currently in practice and it is with great pleasure that we can announce we have been receiving fantastic feedback from our clients.
The book was composed because Ecommerce is hard and it is hard for both agencies and clients. No two clients or projects are the same and this book helps to identify the challenges that both parties face and how to communicate as communication is the core for good relationships. Good relationships make for great projects.
It took James and I around a year to put this book together from start to finish, explains Lewis, who has worked as a Digital Strategist and Content Marketer on both sides of the agency/client fence.
Power Retail’s article explains how the pairs separate expertise and combined experience of 33 years within ecommerce complimented each other in putting the book together. As Kylie’s specialty is in Human Capital and James has spent more time delivering technical concerns – It’s funny just how well our experiences complemented each other in putting this together, and I think that says something about the nature of these kind of projects as well – Explains Horne
